Due to the small size and fast pace of the company, there are opportunities for growth within this role as well as visibility of contributions. The informal close-knit environment also fosters open communication making it a lot easier to collaborate.
Cons
With Vetclusive being a subsidiary of VetPlus and having a growing structure, priorities were constantly shifting and had stern deadlines. These priorities were also in conjunction with sometimes unprofessional natures and tones of communication even being occasionally, unprofessionally and directly addressed by the owner. This created a chaotic work environment and definitely stifled opportunity for creativity and innovation.
