The pulling process is on chance only. There are responders who deserve to get pulled by there supervisor always get the right call.
The pulling process creates insecurities and trust.
2. Lack of support or how to handle lonely callers. We get a lot of lonely callers a lot. We get a lot of sex callers and abusive. A lot of companion callers.
3. Inconsistent on the understanding and expectation of your job.
