Pros

I've been with the company for a while, and the recent changes to our leadership team have made a dramatic difference. The new management has genuinely transformed the workplace culture for the better. Pros The most significant change is the shift to a more open and collaborative environment. Our new leaders have a clear vision and are excellent at communicating it to everyone on the team. They actively listen to feedback and seem to genuinely care about employee well-being and professional growth. The old "top-down" approach is gone, replaced with a system that values and empowers individual contributions. The overall morale has improved drastically, and it's a much more positive and motivating place to work.

Cons

The only real challenge is that some of the old, inefficient processes are still being phased out. It's a temporary growing pain as we transition, but it means there can be some minor delays or confusion as we all adapt to the new way of doing things. However, this is a small issue compared to the enormous positive changes that have been made.

Pros

* For the most part a good environment to learn a lot of valuable skills. * A lot of eccentric individuals within the company, very enjoyable to be surrounded by highly motivated team members. * Good work/life balance.

Cons

* No encouragement/leadership from upper management. * Individual contributions outside the nontrivial rarely, if ever, recognized from anyone not in upper/middle levels. * You will rarely be given the opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone to work on anything, let alone be recognized for it. * Be prepared to possibly be released under a deceptive pre-tense/justification, with zero corroboration, no explanation, and no details, and have your contributions/relationships in the company memory-holed and essentially be wiped as if you were never in the company to begin with.
