mostly nice people to work with

awful office culture, management on a power trip treating staff terribly. The HR department is atrocious, will take notes for a meeting that will include statements that were never said. management will give you a “promotion” while the people on your previous team receive a higher payrise than you. Not really a promotion then is it? If you dare speak out about this type of stuff, you’ll be targeted by management, ostracised, and isolated. Toxic culture.
