      1- You cannot fell sick in 1st 3 months more than 1 day, they will deduct your salary for everything. Half day Salary deduction if you show up late even 15 minutes 9.5 hours of working and strictly 5.5 daya working. They can fire you anytime and not even inform you. You will get to know when your biometrics are not working. Hr is dumb and has no ethics. They will even send you legal notice if you dont serve the notice period Dont fall for reviews, they all are forces reviews by thier fake email accounts.

      Research letters have too much repetitive information

      Cons

      Very shallow-minded, negative atmosphere and stressful life, no proper work-life balance, people need to do a lot of buttering, and the ones who butter are only good here to work. A lot of attrition and miserable company.
