Pros

Work from home and money

Cons

Everything else. Management is by far the worst I have ever worked for. They have no idea what they are doing, they do not care about their employees whatsoever, and they treat their customers like garbage. They will give you 10 hour workdays for three months, and then continuous back to back calls for another 4 months. If you take this job, you will work 7 months with back to back calls and mandated overtime. If you ask for a day off, they penalize you, and they are NOT transparent about their expectations in the workplace. They will try to make you miserable so you quit your job so they don't have to lay you off and give you unemployment. Only work for Viabenefits if this is your only option.

Pros

hours are great benefits are good but pricey

Cons

Unless you are LDS or related you do not move forward with your career! If you are well you will go far with this company as it does not matter about your experience Supervisors are not all licensed to even sell the product. The company says things and then does not do it.

Pros

Starting Pay is good as a first job, not as a long term career. Work from home.

Cons

Started in 2012 when they were Extend Health. The pay was good and they communicated regularly. Now in 2021, we have not received any kind of cost-of-living raise in about 8 years, and they do everything to keep you from getting your full bonus each month. I have been moved to about 4 different positions Involuntarily and were made to work mandatory overtime last year.
