      Pros

      - 50% off staff meals (one per day) - Fellow co-workers - most were great - Customers tend to be decent

      Cons

      - Scheduling inconsistencies and short shifts - No room for growth - Tipping is shared (pro/con depending on in you're FOH/BOH) - Stingy management made workers feel unappreciated

      Pros

      - Great Location - Close to the station - The regulars are hilarious - A few of the employees are amazing

      Cons

      - There's absolutely no way of progressing in the restaurant. - Managers are inexperienced, passive aggressive and lazy. - The quality of the food has gone completely down - Employees are often expected to do more work than what they are paid for (minimum wage) - The entire company does not know the value of loyalty - Hours are not distributed equally - Tips are an actual joke compared to more established restaurants (a little more than $100 every 2 weeks)
