      Pros

      Work colleagues (other inspectors are supportive).

      Cons

      They don't care about mental health and have you in a state of anxiety receiving phone calls from management slagging you off and criticising the smallest of things and at the first time of trouble they suspend you and throw you away. No support and ambiguous training.

      Used to be run properly with previous management Flexibility with taking bank time (only if not busy or short staffed)

      Terrible people skills unprofessional management & office staff Lack of training Constantly put on Undervalued if valued at all No support Mental health management very poor Pay is poor for the work done

      Pros

      - The company has a great approach to flexi time with easy-to-work-around core hours - There is also an openness to splitting your time between the office and working from home that, coupled with the flexi-time approach can really help to achieve an optimal work life balance. - At both the Trent Bridge House and Bilsthorpe offices there is a friendly atmosphere. - The Bilsthorpe site has plenty of parking and a canteen that makes a pretty mean panini. - It feels fulfilling that the work we do benefits the local community. - The business has just made a really big investment into its training and career development offerings.

      Cons

      -Parking goes quickly at Trent Bridge House, but is usually fine as long as you arrive around 8:45 or earlier
