Pros

The only Pro of working at Viabella is when you find another job and realize you finally escaped.

Cons

Management would be better suited to prepare fries during the graveyard shift at a fast food restaurant.

Pros

Free cards and you can set your own appointments.

Cons

Too many to list them sll. They change order processes too much. Once the employees get used to it, they change the system again. No consistency what so ever. No communication. They treat their employees like objects and not like people who have family and other responsibilities. No loyalty to their reps. Reimburse you only .39 cents per mile for all the wear and tear on your personal vehicle. They don't supply a phone, laptop, scanner or ink for printer, paper and office supplies when they require you to work from a home office. Expect you to pay for all of it out of pocket. They won't let you buy your customers lunch or a cup of coffee after they order thousands of products from the company annually. They are total tight wads. They have no problem sending customers cards and products that the customers do not need OR did not want. Your lucky if you can make a living wage working here. Don't waste your time. Your dog will treat you better.

Pros

Could make my own schedule. Relaxing atmosphere because largely working on my own. Nice and friendly supervisors (although had about 4 of them in the time I worked there over 2 years).

Cons

So many changes, and drastic ones, in the two years I worked there. Every weeks and months something would change- supervisor, check in policy, computer system, forms on the system (every time I went it, it seemed!), hard to keep up with expectations because there was little training. I had to stop working because Viabella made me check in at the store when a certain person was working...during the day...I was only able to do my merchandising in the evening.
