- use intimidation tactics to coax employees into doing what they want them to do - unprofessional communication - verbally abusive and reactive in situations of tension - withhold payment when they are upset with you - NO work-life balance (will call and text on weekends and after hours) - no communication between owners, will give conflicting tasks - manipulative and abusive - no room for growth - horrible pay for the abuse you put up with
