      - An organisation that lives and breathes its values - Colleagues share the same vision (health equity, social justice) - Good work/life balance and flexibility - Flat structure and good mobility to move internally between teams and business units, particularly as a more junior staff member - Room for a lot of growth within the role and great exposure to various opportunities

      - Flat structure means career progression may be limited

      Pros

      If your team is nice and your manager looks after your team it is easier to ignore the environment.

      Cons

      Leadership and executive are not great, HR cover executive backs and not employees, need capacity building in diversity equity and inclusion.
