Pros
The Owners are nice people. The food is fairly fresh. Customers are regulars and locals so a great friendly atmospere with the custmorers. Always paid on time. Usually given rota a week in advance. Can request a weekend day off in advance and will usually get it (once a month maybe)
Cons
No heating in Winter! Most of the 'Senior Staff' are rude and very clicky, a horrible environment to work in sometimes. No hope of a pay rise although you will be promised the earth when you start to work with the Company. There are one or two individuals who recieve benefits but the rest have no chance. You will be talked about and lied about 100%
