Pros
The stated mission of trying to improve the lives of people with disability. With bit of random luck, you might actually fast track your career progression due to lax promoting and hiring standards. Also, seems diverse enough in terms of mix of employees' backgrounds, although gender imbalanced in favour of women, especially in management.
Cons
Unfortunately, this is yet another bloated little government agency that's struggling to deliver measurable value. Despite its small size it's been consistently plagued with bullying allegations and imbalanced workload distribution, where a small layer of mid ranked officers carry majority of the operational burden with the rest conveniently and lightly cruising by.
