Pros

Lovely students to work with (for the most part, there are always students that should never have been admitted as their behavior is so dysregulated, dangerous, and out of control)

Cons

Inept Leadership. The two directors probably did well when they started the school and it was small, but now it's a different animal and they are out of their depth. They really don't know what they're doing, but they do know that the school has become a lucrative cash cow for their retirement. They engage in unethical behavior (changing classroom structure in order to keep unmanageable students at the school instead of discharging them) in order to obtain as much money from the wealthier student families.
