Very poor management. This company is like a ship with no rudder. No planned direction. Senior management do not believe it necessary to reward or thank its staff. Has no appreciation nor respect for its staff, only a lot of criticism and blame. He likes to call his staff and others as nothing but "Two-bit Toe Rags". This is the ultimate disrespect that anyone can give to people. Absolutely disgusting. After many years of service, I never received a pay increase and never received any annual bonus. The MD said he did not believe it necessary to pay any inflation rated increases (although selling prices go up with inflation!) I would advise any potential job applicant to make sure their contract includes very clearly, the promise to pay annual increases and bonuses. If not =BEWARE=
