People are generally nice. The pace is steady.
Cons
Extreme misalignment in the senior management and huge discrepancy between the advertise roles and the actual job required to perform. Also be aware - zero transparency between the staff. You will hear lots of "positives" about you and your way of doing things but only to learn "all of a sudden" one day that it was merely a small talk rather than genuine.
