The turnover rate is crazy high. People have been fired over the smallest things. Expectations are unrealistic and small mistakes/oversights are seen as mountains compared to the mole hills they are. Working there is like walking on eggshells everyday. You can't count on having a job as any issue can lead to you getting fired. If you're doing well, you're ok. But if you make a mistake, you could be the next one out the door.
