Pros

Jack will listen to you and is great about responding to your calls and texts. It was fun to travel to different cities. Clients are nice people.

Cons

They are hiring anybody. I've had to drive with the most obnoxious, unprofessional guys. They're rushing to get deliveries out which puts us in a bind since the product wasn't packed on the pallet properly. We had to unload in the truck when it was 104 outside at four locations. We're getting booked at motels which are getting 1 star reviews. There's an employee who is constantly flirting with female workers, but I doubt it'll get addresses because of nepotism.

Pros

Excellent opportunity for growth and advancement. Professionalism and dedication is required. The company has a great client base and is commited to rewarding their staff. Bonuses paid for CTS and industry certifications. Solid support from senior management and ownership team.

Cons

The AV industry is hard, complex work. You have to be well-organized, a great communicator and willing to learn. This is not the place to daydream. Deadlines can be intense.
