Appalling management / culture / employee treatment

Where to start… everything from day one was unprofessional, management which is based in Spain will not listen to any employee ideas / feedback despite many of the UK team having considerably more experience in the industry and of course the UK market Employed 10 people over a 2 month period and then without any warning or care declared the office would be shut with immediate effect. No personalised apologies or explanation, no appreciation of the fact that people had left jobs and joined in good faith only to be treated appallingly and with no respect for the impact on employees and by default their families. This is a very very toxic company. No recruiters should take them on and no one should even contemplate working for them
