Pros

Smart, dedicated and talented employees that are helpful and can learn from Management - professional, open to feedback and assisting you if you need help completing work Stable office hours - 9 to 6 typically, more if projects need to be completed Location - midtown Manhattan with plenty of methods of transportation available

Cons

Compensation and bonus - despite multiple positive year end reviews: almost no increases in salary, very small bonuses (less than 10k), no offers of equity, no 401k matching. Below industry average for finance and technology companies No culture - sitting at your desk for lunch, not much interaction with peers, a place without a sense of comradery Promotions - flat structure with little room to grow professionally

Pros

Work from home capabilities. Pizza meetings.

Cons

absentee management, little to no training/planning from management as a new hire, buggy software, even poorer work culture that upper management has no interest in cultivating, managers with constantly changing expectations. Screaming matches during meetings.
