Pros
Viedoc lives by people first, be confident and do good and in a hectic industry, employees still come first. The Viedoc products are solid and management is really good. Employees are trusted to make own judgement calls and manage their own time.
Cons
A bit of growth pains and lack of true involvement across departments in product development and priorities
