Pros
Managers are given their own private office, cell phones, tablets, and overall tech provided is good.
Cons
The workload is heavy, the pay is really low, they give no guidance or even support or advice, required to attend night meetings sometimes up to 2 hours away, arriving home really late 10 or 11pm then expected back to work at 8am the next morning, that's just speaking in general, how I was treated personally was inexcusable.
