Pros

If one were to ever be quick enough to actually accept the 'invitation' of a viewing within the few seconds they are available, I imagine I would have a good life / work balance.

Cons

Unless you happen to be sitting at a computer and receiving the emailed appointment real time, then there is absolutely no chance of getting any work. An 'invite' was emailed four minutes ago and despite me living four doors away from that address - it has already gone!! This clearly is not about locality, just the speed in which one can accept.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience as a Viewber Member. We appreciate your comments about appointment allocation and have taken them on board. As a result, we have since made some changes to our appointment allocation system which now sends out appointment invitations on a staggered basis, taking into account the proximity of the Viewber Members to the property. We hope that this new system better serves our Viewber Members and improves their overall experience with our platform.

Pros

Cons

Stopped paying mileage allowance a year ago. Appointment payment has gradually gone down and if a customer cancels the payment is either not paid or a proportion paid. You can drive to an appointment 30 minutes away, 30 minute appointment but you must arrive 15 minutes early = £18 for nearly 2 hours plus fuel

Thank you for passing on your feedback in regards to working as a Viewber Member. To clarify, Viewber Members are asked to set the maximum distance they are willing to travel without mileage when they sign up. We will then only send appointment invitations for properties that fall within your maximum travel radius. There is no obligation for a Viewber Member to accept any invitations you are sent and you are of course free to accept or reject them as you see fit. The £18 payment is for a 30-minute appointment which should be in your local area. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact the Viewber Membership Team and we can show you how to adjust your maximum travel distance on your Viewber dashboard.

Pros

Fast at paying, flexible work.

Cons

Mileage and pay was cut, not enough work to make it worthwhile, poor vetting of agents and no face to face contact, fastest finger first for jobs. Easier to take a CV to local estate agents, meet them and get work direct cutting Viewber from the food chain, the customer saves and you make more.
