      At least you can learn something that you may dont know at your own way.

      Cons

      1. Poor of communication between managers and team member. 2. Dont have direction from superior and your supervisor. 3. Not allign with the JD work 4. No training at all as you will be slap and having a high expectation. 5. Manager were expecting rainbow results as you in probation mode.
