Everybody leaves within a year or two feeling taken advantage of, betrayed, and lied to. Engineers are coerced and forced into lying on technical reports and surveys, then they are thrown under the bus. Empty promises and lot of stringing you along. If you must work here, get everything in writing and have your lawyer check it.

Former engineer of about 3 years here. It’s just a very well crafted smoke and mirrors to defr.aud the investors and government energy incentive programs. Took me a while to realize this and didn’t want any part in it when I did.
