Pros
I don't have nothing much to say
Cons
I would strongly advise candidates to thoroughly evaluate this company before accepting an offer. In my experience, there is a significant gap between what is projected externally and the actual internal culture and processes. Hiring decisions seem to be made without clear role clarity or structured planning. Employees are onboarded without defined responsibilities, and in some cases, are asked to leave within a very short notice period, with performance cited as the reason. There appears to be rapid team expansion without adequate planning, which leads to role confusion and instability. Freshers are reportedly offered low salaries along with a two-year bond, which may not be ideal for career growth. Overall, I would recommend that candidates carefully assess expectations, compensation structure, growth opportunities, and job security before making a decision. And I strongly suggest not to choose Vilvah
