The managers from the CEO down are horrible and abusive people. Turnover is really high due to the toxic environment. Several employees were lied to about their job descriptions.

People in positions of power are very disrespectful to individual contributors. The way people speak to each other across this business is very very negative and condescending. Furthermore, people managers (I won’t call them leaders) put an enormous amount of pressure on employees to perform, yet give no guidance, direction or strategy to how we should be growing or operating. I’ve never worked for a company that has been so disrespectful and negative to caring, hardworking employees. Also, the pay is not that great, health insurance is very very expensive and there is not much vacation time give.
