VEPL has no pros in it. They just loot the hard earned money of freshers
Cons
2 months of training with no pay Asks to deposit 20k+GST before training Then they start taking out faults in you and say that you we are not able to afford you. It's a total fraud

They will ask you for 20k...and ruin your career!
Cons
They will teach you AUTOCAD which has no scope for you in future and will burn your time like anything. They won't pay you a single penny in any condition except if you take help of police for negotiations..!
