Cons

Total lack of hiring process, training, career paths, leadership and direction. If you are not one of the favorites your opinion does not count. No career development path for ambitious professionals.

Low compensation, don't expetries to ct a salary raise if you are not one of their favorites or a client's favorite No career path Unless you are in an internal project expect to just follow orders from their clients, difficult to see proposed changes on their biggest projects

Pros

The company has solid values and principles, and the processes they use follow them. The use of cutting edge technologies is part of the great learning experience. Everybody has a voice and the bosses are willing to listen to different points of view. You can jump from one area to another and work on different kind of projects. Some projects are not too much cool but the average are enjoyable. There are very talented people on each area and they share knowledge with others. When I worked there I learned a lot of technologies and processes. They made me a better human being with their culture and values that they showed me. Not only the projects are important but the people and they care about them. I learned values that hopefully I can apply to my day-to-day work and life.

Cons

Sometimes projects take more than expected and need some extra-work.
