      Job security is solid, profit share scheme is really good, floor level workers are fantastic

      Cons

      Basic pay is very low, head office is disconnected from and disinterested in profit centres, safety needs work, limited training and development, culture can be toxic

      Good bunch of people all round, management were actually decent as well. Pretty decent place to work fair wages.
