The company offers a flexible working environment, which makes it easier to balance work and personal responsibilities. Management is approachable and generally supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on learning — especially if you’re willing to take initiative. As a Finance Manager, I’ve had exposure to a variety of topics and opportunities to grow my skills beyond my core role. Teamwork is valued, and collaboration across departments is encouraged.
Cons
One ongoing challenge is the quality and consistency of data coming from different sources, which can make analysis and decision-making more time-consuming than it should be. Some processes are still maturing, so this can occasionally slow things down.
