Pros

Absolutely none - never worked anywhere like it

Cons

Toxic work culture manifested by senior colleagues, derogatory treatment of staff by managers, unrealistic targets and menial pay in return. Staff have been there a long time and brainwashed into the childish, sexualised, alcohol infused 'culture', hence treat new staff awfully. Constant gossiping and rumours so you feel isolated and bullied. Some of the worst humans I have ever met in my life. I would strongly advise anyone to never work for this company. It is soul destroying work selling overpriced and under quality products to benefit narcissists.

Pros

CS team are great and friendly, easily the best thing about the place. Monthly bonus if you work your socks off, is nice, but should be included in the salary.

Cons

Paid minimum wage when they chase perfection in performance from you every day, all while the CEO is paid over £250k a year. Since 2024 the company got rid of 2 of the better managers in the team and then several agents left due to the decline in quality. Remaining direct management are not best, and like to gossip, on their breaks/after work about the staff.
