Base salary is low,com and incentives are a bait it just forces you to work even harder and it is not really that attainable in the position mentioned as other tenured agents have access to the client information during the vacancy period and they can easily steal clients from you given the false pretense that they weren't aware that you are currently engaging them.No proper training just introducing you to some departments that you will be coordinating with and those people you are coordinating with are not even aware if you know the flow of the process. You are expected to be a genius and the only way you can gain knowledge is at the mercy of co-workers who are super busy and worrying about their own stuff that they can't actually give a proper advise(not totally on them but the company so cut them some slack as they too experienced that). The managers are also not that helpful as they too are super busy monitoring the sales that they forget to actually train or give some useful strategies that they can pass on to their agents instead they will only expect you to do great on your own and that's that(knowing they are more secured and you being more expendable than them might be the reason.)Payroll department are only good when you are still with the company but once you are done then your last pay will be a pain,it will be released way past the standard 30 days upon termination/resignation.You have to constantly hound them for it for you to receive it.
