Salary is definitely sub par.

I worked at Virginia Transformer for several years and left due to poor leadership at the management level SVP of operations. My direct supervisor created a toxic work environment — dismissive of feedback, took credit for others' work, and regularly undermined team members in front of colleagues. There was little to no transparency around decisions, and employees were often made to feel disposable. Morale on the team was consistently low, and turnover reflected that. I would caution anyone considering a role here to carefully vet who they'd be reporting to. The company itself may have potential, but leadership culture needs serious improvement
