They show little respect or appreciation for their staff outside of one or two "events" a year, where they attempt to make up for the blatant disregard the other days of the year. They would rather work good loyal people to death than spend the money to properly staff the office, which is basically held together by a mixture of drama and ego. Favortism is highly utilized, but watch your back because you're just as likely to be thrown under the bus at any given moment. Trust, honesty and transparency are lacking severely.

HIPPA violations (employees discussing patients in open hallways and in front of other patients), regular employee turnover, micromanaging, “every man for themself” mentality, the company is not transparent with patients (example: COVID office outbreak of 08/2020. I wasn’t an employee during the outbreak but a few current employees told me Virginia Spine Institute never informed the patients that were exposed to COVID), toxic leadership
