Pros

This company is working with people to help reduce thr impact that we as humans have all but destroyed. we give back to the eath what we have taken from her for years. They have helped nonprofit organizations to raise funds for their cause. They have planted trees in the remote areas of Brazil. I am an Australian associated and proud of it. The management has been very help full in maney aspects. An American magazine called Success from home has featured Viridian in the whole magazine, yip that's right the WHOLE magazine. normaly they would feature a few, but this time it was all about Viridian.

Bad Deceitful Management

Pros

There are no pro's as this management is as bad as it gets.

Cons

They sell their associates a bill of goods on how they can become rich. They outright lie about promotions. You then go out believing these lies and sell to your family and friends. Eventually you find out that they pay next to nothing. They change the compensation plan whenever they want to benefit management. They change the fixed rates you sold to your family to variable rates that are in some cases double the utility and do not notify your family & friends of the change hoping they will not notice. When they do find out you feel like a fool as the associates are thrown under the bus by management. Customer Service is a total joke as customers sometimes are put on hold for over 30 minutes at a time. Management counts on associates dropping out and keeping the customers for themselves.
