Good place for learn and grow!!
Pros
I really like the environment here. It is a tech company and you can learn a lot because there is always multiple projects going on. Yes work can be more sometimes but for me it is good because I want to learn new things and not get bored. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends if they want to work in tech and learn fast. The best part is leadership. They are very supportive and you can talk to them easily, they are reachable whenever you need help. Also there is no micromanagement here. They trust you to do your job which is very important for me.
Cons
Sometimes it gets very busy because you are handling many projects at the same time. If you want a slow job this is not for you. Would be good if we give time and focus on creating documentation for old projects.
