The work environment is incredibly toxic and demoralizing. The manager is an unreasonable and abusive figure, constantly berating employees and making them feel humiliated for minor mistakes. Even worse, the manager engages in negative talk behind the backs of employees who are not present, creating a culture of mistrust and paranoia. The work environment itself is like a sterile and oppressive place, where even the slightest noise or distraction is met with anger and hostility. The manager seems to have a stranglehold on any kind of conversation or humor, forcing employees to listen to his monologues without any chance for engagement or participation. The company's treatment of its employees is equally unacceptable, with a low pay rate and no opportunity for advancement. The manager seems to enjoy keeping employees down, and will always find excuses to avoid paying them what they deserve. All in all, This place is a nightmare for anyone looking for a positive and healthy work environment. I would strongly advise anyone considering this job to think twice before applying.
