Remote, you can learn and if you are lucky you would have a supervisor that cares.
Cons
The payment is dictated by the company, But it might not be logical with the position, as the client that is assigned to you can give you more responsibility above your pay rate, But in his judgement is the fair as he pays more that the assistant salary.
