Pros

Most colleagues are very nice and friendly. Free fruit and water.

Cons

The recruiters description of the company didn't match what I experienced. The management was quite amateurish, nothing to do with a multinational company. And most 'benefits' they advertised were just things they were required to provide by the law. There's a high rate of staff turnover, with frequent leaves of key people at the project. At the interviews they tell you about the innovative technology they're developing, which sounds very exciting. But what I experienced, felt like I was actually working on some quick and dirty prototype, with nothing particularly innovative (sometimes even archaic). The general feel about the technical project management is like every decision is random. Things can just be thrown away for no apparent reason at any moment (you never get an explanation on any decisions they make), to be replaced for some inferior solution, or just the same solution with a slightly different 'flavor'. It's like you never progress, like there were no real goals, but just keeping people busy. You always feel a big uncertainty about the future of the project. The team is bigger than one would expect for that kind of project, but you still have to work long hours, sometimes until late night, due no proper project planning. And they also didn't tell me at the inverviews that I'll be 'invited' to work on some weekends too. The extra effort compensations were never clear. And in my case, when they finally did (by the end of the year), it was way below my expectations. The parking fee at the office facilities is pretty expensive, and there's almost no space to park in the nearby areas. Public transportation is about 10 minutes walking from the office, but part of the way is not properly conditioned for people walking. You'll have to cross through some shady areas, which are muddy and messy to walk through when it rains, and that stink when it's sunny. No restaurants around to have lunch (unless you go by car). Just a poorly provisioned cafeteria at the main building. You don't get any food coupons from the company, but you can bring your own food from home, though. Taking a break is frowned upon. Toilets tend to become messy and disgusting quickly, as they're for public use. No options for telecommuting. No flexitime.

Pros

Free coffe and fruit. Nothing more.

Cons

Long working hours. Working on weekends and nights with poor compensation. Forced vacations when they consider. Really really worst place to work. At the begining it looks like a XXI century tech company, but it is like a 70's.

- Colleagues. - Fruit and coffee/tea. - Very good impression during your first days. - Excellent equipment.

Cons

- Toxic management (highest management level). Bad manners. - Middle management = scared puppets. - Long working hours (even weekends). Poor work/life balance. - Parking space is terrible.
