Pros

Fantastic benefits! Healthcare was great and 100% covered by the company- this was seriously great. Female CEO and family-owed Fair treatment by management, but they certainly had their "favorites" and it was obvious

Cons

High results expected with little to no training, guidance, leadership, or support Huge distance between middle and upper management, specifically the owner and her family. President is completely non-approachable and in fact, you are instructed not to engage her. I've never had an "off-limits" direct management approach, and this was very odd Odd hires for sales people Inside sales team is there for the "job" not the career- felt bad for them...they were paid low compared to other local companies Main con: you are promised the world, work your tail off to deliver on YOUR promises, and then left high and dry by the company on theirs. Tons of empty promises/offerings/etc. It was an endless carrot on a stick situation. No team building or any semblance of a "team" atmosphere. It's every man/woman for themselves, especially if you're working remotely.

Pros

I learned a lot about things I already knew, and they are a resume booster. Outside of that, there aren't many pros.

Cons

Unstable, not paid enough, no chance to grow/move up, was told I didn't become salaried because the "experience is why I'm here"

Pros

- Work Culture was very comfortable and open with direct colleagues

Cons

- Big power distance between employees to upper management (not supervisors) - Felt like I was replaceable, which I am, but it's not an environment I'd like to be in - Due to power distance, communication between employees to management is horrendous to the point where processes are affected. - Management never had clear plan, and in turn, decreases cushion until deadline (which will be pushed back) This results in lower employees getting reprimanded. - Did not expect to sign up for technician to open boxes days in and days out, and not to mention warehouse cleaning.
