Pros
You are basically your own boss. Great motivational company, hires quickly within based on production and attitude. Great positive and marketing motivational company. Driving to and from assigned locations could be made easier with some sort of gas allowance. Quickly promotes to management - Love it! Great people to work for. Easy yo talk to about anything!
Cons
The only con for me, since I live so far South, is the distance to and from assigned locations daily. But the job is easy and I love it!

Pros
I've been with the company for about eight months. I did not have much experience in the marketing industry before I started but after the training I realized that I really loved it. The team atmosphere makes everyone feel more like friends than co-workers and I have had more opportunities for growth here than at any other company I have worked for.
Cons
There will be driving. Just expect it if you are going to work here. And if you want commissions, you will have to be willing to work hard and have a great attitude every day. It's not an easy job, but there is money and opportunity for those who are willing to put the effort in.
