      Pros

      I've been with the company for about eight months. I did not have much experience in the marketing industry before I started but after the training I realized that I really loved it. The team atmosphere makes everyone feel more like friends than co-workers and I have had more opportunities for growth here than at any other company I have worked for.

      Cons

      There will be driving. Just expect it if you are going to work here. And if you want commissions, you will have to be willing to work hard and have a great attitude every day. It's not an easy job, but there is money and opportunity for those who are willing to put the effort in.

      This business is a great start for those with great communication and positive attitude. I have been working with virtue direct for 7 weeks now and I have already been promoted to a trainer. this is a great place for growth, and for one to be a future business owner. I look at this place as a marketing academy; sort of a school in a way. I am so glad I found myself in this job, its unbelievable. NO IT IS NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME !!!!! for those who can talk and sell I promise this will be the best place for you and that is a fact. There is no down side at all.

      Cons

      Sometimes we have to drive a little far for our destination, but believe me its 100% worth it. Again if you think your fit for the marketing experience, you will do excellent and get paid $$$$
