most of the people I worked with were nice. Chance for advancement is there but not with the man that runs Virtue. He has no head for buisness and is too arrogant to learn.
Cons
long days and long weeks. Was hired with the understanding that travel was expected but not too often. Usually had to drive 11/2 hrs away most of the week, if not to a different city. Was expected to pick up other people who didn't have cars. You get paid minimum plus commission but the luckily hood that you will get commission is low.
I've been with the company for about eight months. I did not have much experience in the marketing industry before I started but after the training I realized that I really loved it. The team atmosphere makes everyone feel more like friends than co-workers and I have had more opportunities for growth here than at any other company I have worked for.
Cons
There will be driving. Just expect it if you are going to work here. And if you want commissions, you will have to be willing to work hard and have a great attitude every day. It's not an easy job, but there is money and opportunity for those who are willing to put the effort in.
Enjoyed working here, very fun atmosphere and great people. Like most jobs, the effort you put in is the reward you receive. We worked hard when it was work time, and party when it was party time. The bosses provided us with all the tools and information we would need to succeed.
Cons
Their really is no down side, but if I had to be picky I would have to say the traveling, a lot of time spent on the road.
