      Pros

      Co-workers and staff made it a nice environment to work.

      Cons

      Owners laid off everyone via a mandatory zoom meeting . Included in lay off NP's, managers, MD and HR staff. There were staff who have been with the company for more than five years also laid off. They blamed it on the government shut down and foresee insurance issues.

      Cons

      Management and director of ops yelling at you on a daily basis ontop of intense work load. Raises/bonuses not given on time and you will get scimped on OT. Mostly a glorified cold-call center. HR is extremely biased and will not help when you make any complaints about management. Staff become easily drained from verbal abuse here causing extremely high turnover rate which HR is aware of.

      Good pay, on paper. New office space.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits. Extremely long hours. Salary ends up being less than working in fast food for the amount of hours you put in. Upper management unresponsive to the stress they put their employees in. Upper management communicates rarely with anyone below VP or Director level. Zero support.
