If you like working for a condescending micromanager with a zero people skills and a complete lack of leadership, this company is for you
Cons
There was no recognition for improvement of skills or personal growth. Any input that I had was completely Ignored and discounted. Keeping the department up to date was barely considered. The equipment was old and outdated in the software was usually very outdated. The manager had no interpersonal skills and limited technical abilities yet thought he knew everything. And when you know everything, there is zero room for improvement.

A lot of the people who worked at Visa was amazing. Super nice, helpful, and respectful. I got along with 98% of my coworkers. The building is really nice! It has a cafe, gaming area, tv’s, and a gym.
Cons
The company hires people of color to work in the factory where the lights are assembled. The company does not have any people of color for other positions within the company. It’s a certain individual who belittles majority of the company, and is difficult to work with. None of my concerns were handled properly. No job security.
