Dept Head was condescending and impudent - IT Department Visa Lighting Employee Review

There was no recognition for improvement of skills or personal growth. Any input that I had was completely Ignored and discounted. Keeping the department up to date was barely considered. The equipment was old and outdated in the software was usually very outdated. The manager had no interpersonal skills and limited technical abilities yet thought he knew everything. And when you know everything, there is zero room for improvement.
