      Pros

      People overall are friendly and knowledgeable. Room to learn new things. Growth potential by 20/20 is to double the sales. Very exciting time to be working for Visa. Excellent benefits. Wages are becoming in line with other companies in the same industry.. Changes happening are very positive.

      Accounting Department does not have a work life balance. All other departments do.

      If you like working for a condescending micromanager with a zero people skills and a complete lack of leadership, this company is for you

      There was no recognition for improvement of skills or personal growth. Any input that I had was completely Ignored and discounted. Keeping the department up to date was barely considered. The equipment was old and outdated in the software was usually very outdated. The manager had no interpersonal skills and limited technical abilities yet thought he knew everything. And when you know everything, there is zero room for improvement.
