Pros

Good place for beginners, you learn a lot.

Cons

Stressful work, they want you to submit at least 2 NIW cases per week to USCIS, owners only think about money and selling NIW, there is no chance of growing, you can be laid off at any time if they don't need you anymore, it's hard to get a raise on your payment, the salary is not the same from others, they hire people to be above you not considering you to take that place. Also, the owner thinks he is doing so much for us just getting a 401K that we should be thankful for. You can't plan lunch for everybody together to celebrate your colleague's birthday because the owner doesn't want to. When I asked to leave the office, the owner didn't even look at my face neither said "Goodbye".

Pros

You can make mistakes; it is totally acceptable. You only have 300 cases to manage at the same time. Coffee is free. You will do it all by yourself, from scratch, so you will learn. Clients are very demanding.

Cons

The VisaLex system doesn't work at all, but the German CEO wants the staff to use it, despite being aware that it doesn't function properly. Unfortunately, they don't fix the errors. Lack of management in Brazil and the US. Lack of organization, procedures, and management.
