Pros
1. Accessibility- Vision College is an established college in the heart of Kelana Jaya , Therefore it is quite easy to go to work as it will take about 20- 40 minutes of walking from the nearest LRT Station (Kelana Jaya). Alternately there is a bus shuttle service from the LRT Station ( Taman Bahagia) to the business center where the institution is located - from the drop point, it will only take about 3-5 minutes of walking to the institution. 2. Open Office Concept - Modern and Spacious open office concept. A cool concept with open view. The office arrangement is very modern and aesthetically sound. 3. Transparent Management -Top and senior Management who are sincere and transparent willing to help their employee to the extra mile. Result and outcome is the primary drive of this organisation.
Cons
1. Low pay on allowance and overtime : When I was there, the travel claim and meal allowance is low , considering the consistency of the travel. Overtime is being compensated with time offs. 2. Weekends work schedule : Working or accessing target on weekend is expected.
